I opened Simple and Fit in 2019 after many years of enjoying various physical activities. I truly believe in an active, healthy lifestyle in the most basic form. Men and women alike should strive to maintain a level of stability, flexibility, and strength, regardless of age.

My vision for this club is to give members the tools, through knowledge and guidance, to live an active, healthy life in, and especially outside of, the gym setting.

My staff and myself are committed to providing a clean, safe facility for all levels of fitness.
